Scheduling: Appointments can be made by calling 940-383-9717, or requested through my "Contact" link in the header or side bar. Please schedule ahead of time for me to adequately prepare for your appointment and I suggest you make any follow-up appointments prior to leaving to ensure you get the day and time you prefer. Please contact us before booking if you are pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are suffering from an illness, high blood pressure or other medical problem, are using prescription skin medications such as Retin-A, Avage, Tazorac, Differin, Accutane, etc., anti-aging products or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of these may affect our ability to perform your requested procedure. Any client under the age of 16 must be accompanied during the entire session by a parent or legal guardian.
Punctuality and Cancellations: Services are by "appointment only" so please arrive no later than 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are running late, please call us at 940-383-9717 to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you, however, if unable, your service will still end at the scheduled time and you will be responsible for the full service price. All services require a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel.
No-Show Policy: While we understand circumstances can arise that can make last minute cancellations unavoidable, we schedule by "appointment only" and it is very hard to fill those spots. This creates a hardship on our day and the business overall. Because of our cancellation policy, appointments cancelled without the required notice, or no-shows, will be recorded. After two (2) last minute cancellations or no-shows, we will require a credit card to reserve any future appointments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but any further last minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged to your credit card in the amount of 50% of your scheduled service(s).
Client Check-in Process: To facilitate the check-in process, we request an email address to send Client Intake and Consent forms and information about your elected service. Please take time to read and complete these prior to arriving for your appointment. All information is strictly confidential and will be used only to assist us in providing the safest and most effective service we can.
Prices: can be found under the "Services" menu on the left sidebar of each page of my website. All prices are subject to change without notice. we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure the maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask when your book your appointment.
Payment and Gratuities: We accept MasterCard, Visa, cash or checks. Gratuities are accepted and appreciated.
Courtesy, Comfort and Etiquette: To ensure your session is relaxing and as stress-free as possible, we ask that you not bring children. Please turn off cell phones, leave your troubles at the door, and focus on yourself! We will do everything possible to respectfully ensure your privacy, safety and comfort. If at any time you are uncomfortable during the procedure and/or experience pain, you should notify your service professional immediately and they will use good faith efforts to rectify the problem, including ending the session if you, or they, wish. If any of my staff is uncomfortable in performing the procedure on you, they will discuss their concerns with you and may end the session if necessary. Service will be terminated immediately in the event sexually suggestive remarks, advances or inappropriate or abusive behavior is displayed and you will be responsible for full payment for all services scheduled.
