I always knew I had a passion for the beauty industry and wanted to be part of it. I received my BBA degree from UNT in 2004 and then continued my education to become a Licensed Esthetician in 2006. I quickly saw how lash extensions would be a perfect fit for my business and so I trained with Xtreme Lashes® to become one of only a few Advanced Certified Lash Stylists in this area. In 2013 I began performing permanent makeup which has grown to include advanced services such as lip blush, saline removal, and scar camouflage.
I am passionate about my work and thankful for my clients and my amazing CE team. Therefore, I have a commitment to myself, my staff and especially my clients, to be the best I can be by keeping up with this industry's changing needs and by continuing to learn, train and grow.
DEBORAH MALLOY, R.N., B.S.N.
IV Hydration Therapy and Wellness Services
Deborah always knew she wanted to help others, as a child she would spend her allowances on bandages to “treat” the neighborhood friends and animals. In 1981, Deborah graduated from John Peter Smith School of Vocational Nursing and started her medical career. As a nurse, learning never stops, and she continued her education while working and raising her daughter. In 1995, she received her associate degree in nursing from NCTC. But she didn’t stop there and in 2000 completed her bachelor's degree in nursing from Midwestern State University and graduated with honors. Deborah says “I love helping others. I’ve worn many hats over the years which has given me the opportunity to gain invaluable knowledge and experience. Crystal introduced me to this industry, and I love it. Health and wellness affects every area of our lives and to fully enjoy life, you must feel your best.”
AUDREY BURNETT, L.E.
Licensed Esthetician
Audrey has always been fascinated by the beauty industry. Growing up with her mom as a cosmetologist, she was always surrounded by it. After a year at a university Audrey decided to fully commit to what her dream has always been. She graduated from Ogle School of Beauty in 2023 specializing in Esthetics. She received basic lash training through Ogle and has continued training under Crystal at CE. Audry has become highly skilled in classic lash extensions, waxing and lash and brow tinting. Audrey says "I absolutely love my job! My biggest goal is to make my clients feel beautiful and cared for. I love being a part of CE and can’t wait to see what the future holds for me here!”
ANDREW BLANKENAU, M.D.
Medical Director - Medspa Services
Dr. Blankenau grew up in rural Nebraska and graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. He then earned his Medical Degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He went on to complete his training in Family Medicine at the Lincoln Family Practice Program in Lincoln, Nebraska. He moved to Texas and started Denton's first Urgent Care practice, Minor Emergency of Denton.
In addition to his extensive experience in family medicine and urgent care, Dr. Blankenau has a background in the Medspa industry. We are excited to have Dr. Blankenau as part of our new Medspa team.
JEREMY DROLLINGER, M.D.
Medical Director – IV Hydration & Wellness Services
Dr. Drollinger is a native Texan, married and a proud father. His journey in the medical field began during high school where he worked as an EKG technician and transitioned to working in his hometown’s emergency center where he refined his IV skills. After which he worked 8 years in a Level 1 Trauma Center ER in San Antonio while continuing his education at Texas Lutheran University, achieving a double major in biology and Spanish studies, plus a minor in chemistry. Medical school at St. George’s University in Grenada followed, leading to a Pediatrics residency at UTMB in Galveston, Texas. Beyond medicine, his passions include travel, scuba diving, piano, and spending cherished time with loved ones. He looks forward to working with the CE team and being a part of your healthcare journey.

Cancellations without a 24 hour notice, or “no show”, will be subject to a cancellation fee, up to the full cost of the service, depending on the amount of time scheduled.
